The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities such as a kettle, fridge, and AC. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful, providing good room service.

The reception desk staff needs better training in hospitality, with mischarges and unnecessary hurdles for visitors reported by several customers.

The location of the hotel was great, just a few minutes from the main attractions. the room was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. the view from the room was beautiful, especially at night. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the variety of dishes offered.

We could hear the noise from the street throughout the night, which disturbed our sleep. the Wi-Fi was slow and kept disconnecting.

Lastly, the location in a calm residential area was a breath of fresh air. It provided a peaceful atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
